Merit Show

On July 12, 2018, I attended the opening reception of Merit Scholarship Show at The Phyllis Harriman Mason Gallery (New York, NY).   Each spring, the Art Student League of New York holds the Merit Scholarship Competition awarding students tuition. The competition is juried by artists, gallerists and critics from the New York area. The following summer (this summer), the Merit Scholarship Exhibition showcases the work of these talented artists. It was my pleasure and honor to participate in the show.  

At the show, I met my former classmates, old friends..etc.  At the reception, sangria and focaccia as hors d'oeuvre were served for free of charge.  Simply put, it was the best reception food I ever had (I should have taken a photo!).
